Recently refurbished to the highest standards, Kinglassie's thick stone walls are augmented by oil-fired central heating and full double glazing. Its rooms are spacious and fully carpeted for comfort, whilst antique furnishings and extensive wood finishes enhance its period charm.

The 16'x14' sitting room has a traditional fireplace, comfy leather sofas and a rich Turkey rug, and is equipped with TV, VCR, DVD and stereo.  The fully integrated dining kitchen has stunning panoramic views of the countryside, the sea and St. Andrews Bay golf clubhouse!

Kinglassie House sleeps up to eight in one double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three further twin bedrooms.  There is, in addition, a large family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. All four bedrooms have two windows apiece, affording glorious views. Furnishings are traditional, with quality linens and patchwork quilts, whilst both bathrooms have power showers.
